The room was very clean and well kept. I had easy access to nearby transit, restaurants, and shops. The staff provided consistent wifi service. Luggage storage was available, which I definitely appreciated.

The stairs were slightly steep, but I managed just fine.

i wasnt thrilled with my stay. the room was too small. the stairs were narrow and steep. it was hard to get my luggage up to the room. the noise at night bothered me too much.

convenient stay near hammersmith!

great location easy access helpful staff

The location was fantastic for transport links. i easily accessed hammersmith station with multiple lines. it was also easy to get to the airport. the staff stored my luggage. This let me explore before my flight.

The stairs were quite steep. It made carrying luggage a bit challenging. this could be difficult with mobility issues! or heavy bags.

The family room featured two twin beds, a double bed, and a pack'n'play. There was ample space for all four of us. despite this arrangement, there was still plenty of room, so we did not feel cramped. the beds felt new and the linens felt clean.

The hotel is near hammersmith station. It offers great transfer-free access to major attractions. i found it easy to get around the city, the location was a major plus. the neighbourhood felt safe too!

The reception staff were friendly and accommodating! they offered recommendations and advice. they even helped me find a taxi. I thought this was very kind and helpful.
