The staff were very helpful and friendly at reception. the room was modern and comfy. Breakfast was good. i was able to leave my bags with them both before check in and after checkout, which i found very convenient.

the bathroom was looking a little tired, though still functional.

The location near paddington station was a great benefit for transportation. the staff at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. i was able to check in early. This saved me the hassle of carrying my luggage around. there was also luggage storage available.

The bathroom felt uncomfortably small. The shower had only a curtain separating it from the rest of the space.

breakfast included several tasty items. breakfast staff provided excellent service. the food choices included eggs, bacon, beans, and toast, made for a filling meal before starting the day.
