Four nights passed in total bliss. Each morning included a fresh, full English breakfast that revitalized me for a day of exploration. The hotel's location near Paddington Station allowed easy travel around the city. The room had conveniences like a safe box and kettle.

The lift felt a little tight, especially with luggage, but it always worked fine.

The location was very convenient. i loved how near the tube stations were. the staff was lovely and helpful, always ready to help with a smile. the room was clean and tidy. breakfast was tasty. I enjoyed it very much.

convenient location helpful staff working air conditioning really good breakfast

The location is very convenient, a short walk to Paddington Station. The front desk staff were helpful with directions (and local tips). My room included air conditioning. Breakfast was a fantastic value and saved money.

modern style friendly staff

the hotel has a modern style and it is clean. our room was super clean. the staff were friendly and helpful (roy helped with our transportation). breakfast was included, offering great value.

the rooms were very small. the bathroom door was a struggle to open as it hit the extra bed. the ceiling lights were a mix of white, purple, and blue spotlights.

The staff were very helpful and friendly at reception. the room was modern and comfy. Breakfast was good. i was able to leave my bags with them both before check in and after checkout, which i found very convenient.

the bathroom was looking a little tired, though still functional.

great location helpful staff luggage storage

The location near paddington station was a great benefit for transportation. the staff at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. i was able to check in early. This saved me the hassle of carrying my luggage around. there was also luggage storage available.

The bathroom felt uncomfortably small. The shower had only a curtain separating it from the rest of the space.
