The staff was helpful with luggage both before check-in and after check-out. The breakfast included various options, a great start to the day. The location was convenient (just a short walk from King's Cross).

The pillows in the room were quite thin. I had to request extra pillows for adequate comfort.

the location suited my needs perfectly, providing easy access to nearby transport links. the receptionist kindly prepared a breakfast tray for my early departure. my family and i found the beds comfortable , also the room was very quiet , so it was easy to sleep. the staff were helpful.

i found the pillows to be quite thin, requiring me to request additional ones. the room lacked air conditioning and was too warm , even in winter, also the shower offered poor water flow.

the en suite quadruple room included comfortable beds and tea and coffee facilities. two fans helped circulate air in the room, also two bottles of water were provided upon arrival. toiletries were available in the bathroom, providing convenience .

fans were available in the room to help with ventilation , also there were characterful public areas. the hotel provided a bright and cute atmosphere , too i saw that there were tennis courts nearby, easily accessible from the hotel.

The hotel is close to st pancras international. This location is very convenient. the neighborhood felt surprisingly quiet, despite the proximity to major transport hubs. euston and kings cross are each a short walk away , and this allows for easy travel.

the check-in process was easy, and the lady at reception was polite. staff went out of their way to help , and they accommodated requests efficiently. cases can be left before check-in and after check-out , also this adds convenience.
