Really good Experience Near Hyde Park!

The hotel's location is PRIME, mere steps from Hyde Park! The super nice team, assisting with directions and local tips. My room had fresh linens, and i noticed daily housekeeping ensured everything stayed super clean! Breakfast offered a fantastic selection of pastries and fruits.

The elevator was temporarily out of service, it meant navigating stairs with luggage, a slight inconvenience.

i found the check-in process easy. the front desk staff were efficient and kind. every staff member i encountered was friendly and helpful. the location worked well for me because it was very walkable to everything around the park and close to multiple tube stations.

the carpeting in my room seemed a little worn. it could use a makeover

The hotel's location is fantastic, right across from a very nice park. Breakfast was really good, with lots of options to choose from. The staff was friendly (they showed us good dinner places nearby!).

I found the room a little small, but it was manageable.
