friendly staff good coffee quality linens shower controls free parking late breakfast

the staff at reception were friendly and efficient. the biscuits and coffee provided in the room were good. i appreciated the new, good quality bed linens and towels.

the shower controls were difficult to adjust. there is no parking of its own. breakfast on sunday is offered only from 10am, it was too late for me.

hard shower controls misleading advert

my stay weren't great. the shower controls were hard to use, requiring some attention. the advert about free parking was misleading, they don't have parking. i had to find a space on the street. breakfast starting at 10 am on sunday were to late.

lovely stay!

spacious room outdoor seating

the room was spacious with a big bathroom. it included a free standing bath. i found a lovely place to walk down the river very close to the hotel. there was also a nice outdoor seating area.

my pizza was slightly more done than i would have liked. it was still enjoyable however.

breakfast menu friendly staff sewage smell stuffy room

the breakfast menu included many good options. the staff was friendly, and the location was convenient for visiting hampton court palace and bushy park.

the toilet smelled strongly of sewage, which spread into the room. the room felt quite hot and stuffy. a fan helped a little.

loud music poor soundproofing

the room was clean upon arrival. it met a basic expectation.

the noise from the bar downstairs made sleep difficult. loud music persisted until well after midnight. the lack of proper soundproofing was a major issue.
