I found the check-in process very simple. The room was clean. The staff was generally helpful. The hotel's proximity to Hayes town made exploring the area easy.

The lift was out of service. This made carrying my luggage upstairs a bit difficult.

The staff proved very helpful and courteous. They addressed every request promptly. Nermine was particularly wonderful. She looked after us well. I really appreciate her.

There was a small issue with some dampness on the wall near the bathroom.

Anna greeted me each morning with a smile. This was so cute. She also prepared a lovely breakfast. I thought it was delicious. The rooms were very clean. I liked the attention to detail. The location was a great spot for exploration.

The staff provided a warm welcome and were always happy to assist, which I found especially comforting after a long journey. I appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms (the atmosphere was really nice). The location was convenient with easy access to transportation (especially important for early morning flights). The shisha bar (it was so relaxing!) offered a good way to unwind in the evening.

I noticed a slight smell of dampness in the hallway, but it did not affect my room.
