i appreciate the free secure parking. it was so useful! the walk to the thames was nice. the room was very comfortable and also the staff was warm and welcome. that outside space is amazing too!

the tv was enormous but i couldn't get channel 4. it's not a big deal though!

I appreciated the well-appointed room, it featured unique furniture sourced from antique shops like a distressed mirror and leather-topped desk. The ensuite bathroom had a walk-in shower, I found it very clean. Free parking was available , it was a great convenience.

the room felt stuffy because there's no proper air conditioning. i was also quite annoyed to find that the tv remote was missing. it's a basic amenity, and its absence was frustrating. also the shower temperature was very inconsistent, it kept switching between hot and cold.

i appreciated the convenient parking and the easy access to transport into town. late-night food options were a pleasant surprise, i wish i had known about them earlier. the outside space was an added bonus, and i spent some time there.

the room got very hot, and it faced a main road, so i couldn't open the windows at night. a loud pub quiz took place below on thursday, and the thin walls let me hear the tv from the next room.

The staff was so cute on arrival!!! the room was modern and clean. it was very comfortable. the room was quite warm because it was a really hot weekend. Nothing could be done about that, though.

The pub quiz downstairs was very loud on thursday night, and the walls seemed thin. I could hear the tv from the room next door.
