I found a fridge, toaster, and microwave in the room. I was only expecting a kettle (this was a pleasant surprise). The location is great with easy transport links. It is close to stations and buses. This made getting around very easy.
The staff did not explain the facilities upon my arrival. The room also had a strange smell. I requested an ironing board several times, but it never arrived. This was quite inconvenient.

the staff was kind and helpful. the breakfast buffet had many choices (especially the omelette station!). my room was well-kept with clean linens.
the lift wasn't working . this made carrying my luggage up the stairs difficult.

The staff seemed okay at breakfast. They made an omelet. I thought that was passable.
The room looked tired and smelled like old gym socks. The heating did not work at all. I nearly turned into a human icicle during the night.

dust bunniesnoise level
the place looked like it needed a serious overhaul they described the room as super clean but i found dust bunnies enjoying a party under the bed the breakfast selection wasn't exactly thrilling either and the noise from outside made it hard to sleep even with earplugs the windows seemed to be made of paper the walls needed soundproofing immediately. the overall condition showed a lack of proper care.
