superb!

cooked breakfast super bed clean towels city transport
I really loved the freshly cooked breakfast. It started each day perfectly. the super king size bed was so comfortable. I slept soundly every night. clean towels were changed daily, a small detail , made a big difference. the location is well placed for city transport (very convenient!).
the television remote was a little tricky to figure out initially.

solid stay near transport

free parking friendly staff coffee machine elemis lotion
the hotel gave free parking. Staff was friendly. My room had a coffee machine and tea making facilities. The bathroom included Elemis body wash AND lotion.
the music from the pub downstairs was VERY loud until 11pm.

Decent stay, some issues

road noise missing milk
The noise level at night was not ideal. The room faced a busy road (i THINK) and the soundproofing wasn't great. i FOUND that there was no milk in the room when i wanted to make tea after a long day, quite disappointing.

SUPER Stay!

easy access friendly staff delicious food
Transport links were GREAT, the location allowed easy access to the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially with directions (they knew the bus routes REALLY well). I found parking easily behind the venue. This made arrival simple. The food at the pub was delicious. I liked the specials on offer.
The room faced the street, so there was some noise at night.

attentive staff clean room perfect location powerful shower
The staff were super attentive and friendly. i felt welcomed. the room was very super clean and cozy, just what i needed after a long day. the location was perfect, providing easy access to everything i wanted to see. i enjoyed the powerful shower and elemis products in the bathroom. It added a touch of luxury!
I noticed a very slight noise from the air conditioning unit. It wasn't a major issue, just a minor distraction.

i found fresh mineral water in my room. the bed linen felt clean and freshly laundered! i also appreciated the plentiful supply of towels provided. a coffee machine was a nice addition..
the noise from the air conditioning in my room was quite loud. it definitely needs attention.

I found the staff helpful. They were very friendly. the bus stop close by made getting into the city centre easy. the pub felt warm and cute (it had a great vibe!). i especially appreciated the available parking.
the air conditioning did not turn off properly, which slightly affected my sleep.
