solid stay
ideal location free upgrade good surprise
the hotel's location suited me well. hyde park is very near. oxford street isn't far too. the room got upgraded for free, it was a good surprise.
i could hear other guest very loud at night. walls were paper thin. it made difficult sleep.

helpful staff clean room advantageous location
the staff was very helpful. the room was clean and the shower was good. the front desk personnel was especially helpful and spoke nicely. i will recommend this hotel to my family and friends. the hotel's location is advantageous with numerous attractions nearby.
the hotel is selling club rooms when the club lounge is closed. they did not offer a refund for the difference in price.

friendly staff complimentary wine helpful service
I was impressed with the friendly staff and their helpful service. i loved the complimentary wine in my room. It. sukh was great in advising and assisting me. I found him a credit to the hotel.
The room i got initially wasn't the room i booked, it was frustrating. they assigned me to another room. This second room hadn't been made up. i had to go back to reception to be given another room.

the hotel is located very centrally. it is ideal for visiting oxford street. this location is convenient for shopping and accessing other parts of the city, with public transportation being readily accessible.

small room awful view
the beautiful room i booked was SMALL. walking around the bed required some SERIOUS maneuvering. ALSO, the view was AWFUL because it faced a brick wall only a few feet away. DEFINITELY not what i EXPECTED.

strange smell carpet stains
the location was good enough for getting around the area i needed to be in it worked fine
the room i was given initially had a strange smell i asked to be moved and while they did accommodate me it was a bit of a hassle the second room wasn't much better with some stains on the carpet i was really expecting a bit more cleanliness considering the price

early check-in convenient location fresh strawberries
the reception staff arranged an early check-in, i appreciated that. the location proved convenient. staff decorated the room for my wife's birthday and decorated a plate of fresh strawberries with a cake. i would definitely book again.
The walls seemed a bit thin. I could hear some noise from adjacent rooms.

helpful staff soft pillows spacious room
the staff proved very helpful with luggage when i arrived and were quick i called for room service. breakfast offered a lovely selection and the bed and pillows were soft. i found the room surprisingly spacious and it had plenty of electrical outlets.
i noticed a small stain on the carpet in a corner of my room nothing major though.
