I found the location to be GREAT! It was only a short walk to the tube station. The staff was kind and helpful. They provided complimentary tea and coffee at all times.

It was unreliable. The room was TOO small for two people and their suitcases. It was also quite expensive.

the location was very convenient for accessing public transport. i also found the staff to be quite helpful with directions and local information.

The room i stayed in was quite small and felt a bit cramped. the bathroom sink was also quite tiny. It was hard to use without spilling water.

I liked the very clean rooms. The staff was polite. Its location is also convenient. The bus stops are right outside, a definite plus (especially for sightseeing!). Parking on-site was available.

I couldn't use it reliably so i took the stairs. It's not a big deal, though.

The en-suite double room was comfortable. The bathroom and shower were immaculate. It was nice to have a clean, comfortable space after a day of exploring (I loved the area!).

The staff are very kind, friendly, and helpful. The reception staff seemed professional and courteous. All the staff were the best you can find anywhere, and were really pleasant.
