the staff were very friendly and helpful. the room had a working fan, a fridge, and super clean bathroom. plus, the location is right in front of the train station which is very helpful if you are here for tourist attractions.

our room smelt strongly of stale cigarettes. there were no bedside cabinets or bedside lamps in the room. the curtain pole was hanging on by a thread and i was concerned it would fall on me in the night.

I found the hotel very close to the tube station. This made it easy to get around. the staff were friendly and helpful! the room was clean! parking onsite was also great. It removed a lot of stress.

The room carpet looked like it needed changing. It had a stain.

The location was convenient for transport links. I found several shops nearby. The WiFi connection was reliable .

My room smelled strongly of smoke. The noise from nearby trains was very noticeable. The curtains were quite thin, and light came in early.
