convenient stay

the staff was polite and helpful. the room was clean and as expected. i had a tea and coffee station. complimentary bottled water was a nice touch. the location is great. i found the free parking very convenient. there was a lovely meal available in the evening (father in law enjoyed it). the hotel understood food intolerances well and catered to them.
the bathroom had a lot of black mould, but it wiped away easily. this suggests it has not been cleaned thoroughly in a while.

the staff was friendly! the room was clean. the location was excellent and very close to shops and restaurants.
The heater and air conditioner had a sign on it saying it was broken. The key card did not always work. the duvets were clearly very old. the shower hung off the fitting, tied on with a bit of wire and could not be moved up or down.
