The location is excellent. There are many restaurants nearby.

I experienced a disruption with the air conditioning. It stopped working in the middle of the night. I had to call the front desk, and it took them over an hour to resolve the issue. THIS caused a significant inconvenience.

the location was CENTRAL and convenient. it was close to many main attractions and transportation. cleanliness was great, the rooms and common areas were maintained at a HIGH standard.

i also thought that the room service menu was limited. it needed more options.
