the staff were friendly and helped with my holiday arrangements.
the room assigned was in a building separate from the main hotel, i did not know this until i arrived and it was small. there was a restaurant just below the room, people stayed outside and were loud until late which meant i did not sleep well.

the staff was friendly and helpful . the room was kept clean with daily service. i found the location convenient to termini station (it's about a ten-minute walk).
the facade had scaffolding (i was not informed beforehand). this blocked natural light in my room. i could also hear noise from other rooms.
