friendly staff clean rooms great breakfast worn carpet bad location train station

i appreciate that the staff was friendly and helpful. the hotel kept the rooms clean, that felt good. i also thought breakfast was great, they done good.

the carpet needed replacing, it was a real distraction. i notice there's area around the rail station, it is what it is, i guess. the hotel is near some things. a better location would be nice for the next stay.

main train station complimentary water good varieties

the hotel was steps from the main train station. my room included two complimentary bottles of water in the mini bar (a nice touch!). the breakfast included good varieties.

Acceptable stay near Termini Station

noisy street limited breakfast

My room faced a VERY noisy street. Even with the windows closed, the traffic kept me awake. I requested a quiet room, but it was not honored. the breakfast had limited options. MOSTLY pastries and processed meats. I would have liked more fresh fruit.
