rude staff member premature entry

The cleaning staff entered my room despite the do-not-disturb sign. This occurred around 7:30 AM on the morning of my departure. The staff member dropped off bed sheets. That could have waited until after I left. During breakfast, one staff member seemed rude when I requested to sit in the outdoor area. I heard her complaining in Italian about cleaning many tables. She did not realize I understood her.

the hotel is close to termini station. it made getting around very easy. the rooftop bar and breakfast area have great views, i could see the sunrise. the rooms are clean and well-kept, with a modern bathroom.

The elevator is quite small. Sometimes, i needed to take the stairs to avoid waiting. it was not ideal with luggage.

the hotel is near termini station! the area is convenient for accessing public transportation. it also is within walking distance of many attractions. there is bus 492 which stops right in front.

The room included a modern bathroom, the room size was good for two adults. the rooms were well maintained. the hotel provided clean rooms. Including fresh towels daily.

I found the location quite convenient, close to the main train station. The room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast on the rooftop offered great views and a nice variety of options.
