easy accesssoundproofing problemsinadequate solution
the location was acceptable, providing relatively easy access to major attractions.
the room i was assigned had soundproofing problems (i could hear street noise all night). the thermostat was set to heating and i could not adjust it. the staff offered a fan as the only solution, really inadequate.

I found the location great. It was a short walk to the Vatican. I also appreciated the shops and restaurants nearby. Breakfast offered good variety.
The bed was quite hard. It was not comfortable for sleeping. The room felt really dark due to the black decor. There was no door lock on the bathroom door.
