I found a fantastic location near Termini station. The staff greeted me with kindness and efficiency. My room offered daily cleaning services. I was able to easily walk to many major attractions, a GREAT perk.

The hotel is CLOSE to Roma Termini, a major transportation hub, and this provided easy access to various parts of the city and airport connections. MANY restaurants are located nearby.

The room included toiletries that were replaced daily. The room PROVIDED a mini bar stocked with drinks. Daily housekeeping kept the room clean. It was a nice room.

the location was great for seeing many sites. i could walk to quite a few places from there. fresh towels and clean sheets were provided often!
the bed was small, especially coming from the us. i was expecting a warmer welcome from the front desk staff too.

the location felt amazing, surrounded by lovely restaurants. the reception team was friendly and always ready to assist, they were keen to ensure i enjoyed my stay. the rooms felt very clean, i loved the recently refurbished bathroom. breakfast felt good, specially with the selection of pastries.
the air con barely worked. this. the shower was disappointing, it would go from hot to cold. the sink was also another huge disappointment, it would clog every time i used it.
