I was pretty annoyed that the air conditioning didn't work at all. the wifi was also terrible. I could barely load a webpage. these issues combined. i reported these problems, but nothing improved during my time there. i expect functional amenities, especially at the price i paid. this lack of service significantly detracted from the overall experience.
