super stay at the hotel!

clean rooms quiet room modern equipment friendly staff

the rooms were really clean and quiet. i appreciated the gym access , especially the modern equipment available. breakfast had a great variety , i loved the italian espresso freshly brewed every morning , served by a friendly staff member. the hotel's design is awesome , i loved it.

the approach road is single lane with high curbs , so a car stopping holds up the rest of the cars behind.

the staff members were attentive at the front desk , and did an excellent job. i appreciate the cute and the hospitality that i received , everything was perfect , and the restaurant services were friendly and very professional.

spacious layout helpful staff breakfast pastries

the room had a spacious layout. the staff at the front desk was helpful. the breakfast buffet offered a wide selection (especially the pastries). i appreciated the availability of taxis right outside the hotel.

the shower design presented a small inconvenience. the water temperature was difficult to adjust consistently. it took a bit of trial and error to find the ideal setting.

a modern stay with some letdowns

slow elevators touch screen

the hotel looks modern, i will give it that. however, some things weren't great. the elevators were slow, it was a problem. also, the lights are controlled by touch screens, i accidentally set the do not disturb sign. i returned to an unmade room then.

the breakfast offered many options. i appreciated the staff who were helpful when i needed taxis.

I find the location somewhat isolated. Completed buildings surround not it. it felt a little scary walking around at night.
