The location was perfect. Buses went in every direction from the front entrance. i could see the cats in the cat forum across the street. faruk helped us a lot with our bags, directions, and with everything else. he was friendly and professional and knew everything.

there was no welcome book in the room. it should explain how the hotel works and what is nearby. i would have found that helpful.

poor cleanlinessgimmicky lighting

the room i had was not great. it was a bit dark, and the lighting felt too gimmicky, really. i also found some bugs in the room, silverfish and some others, made me question the cleanliness of it. the shower didn't drain well either. it was a bit annoying.
