excellent stay
roman touch clean bathroom convenient location
Gigi at reception welcomed me warmly and explained the map, suggesting good restaurants to visit. the bathroom was notably fresh and clean. Daily cleaning included arranging the bed properly! the room's decor presented a roman touch. Its central location allowed me to reach the train station, metro, and colosseum with ease, all within a short walk.

non-functioning air conditioning high temperature
the location is good with plenty of restaurants nearby. the rooftop setting was acceptable for the buffet breakfast.
the air conditioning did not work at all i could hear the fan but it did not cool the room. the room temperature was around 32 degrees celsius it was so hot that i could not sleep. i asked for someone to fix it but nothing changed.

weak coffee stale pastries
The air conditioning barely worked. It was just blowing hot air. i told the front desk, but nothing changed . also, the breakfast selection was pretty limited. the pastries tasted stale. and the coffee was weak and watery

The location is convenient for exploring local landmarks. I walked to many sites from the hotel. There are many restaurants very close to the hotel. I found the staff helpful with directions and suggestions.
The room was a bit smaller than I expected. I did not have much space for luggage.
