the reception staff spoke english fluently and were very helpful. the rooftop bar and breakfast area were lovely. i found excellent value for the money in a quiet location. restaurants were also close by, very convenient.

the staff helped plan journeys. it was great. rooms were very clean and kept ready for when we arrived home every evening. it was relaxing. the breakfast was wonderful with lovely staff (i liked the fresh pancakes).

the room was a bit small and old fashioned. i felt a bit vulnerable walking to it from the train station. i wouldn't have wanted to walk at night. the photos were misleading.
