stained carpets peeling wallpaper
The carpets in the hallways seemed stained. the furniture was quite worn (especially in the elevators). wallpaper was peeling in both the room and hallways. Perhaps improvements are deferred until that opens.

convenient breakfast professional staff
the breakfast setup was nice and convenient. all staff members were very professional and friendly. i found the pool to be great. i appreciated the large room size.
the hotel has only two elevators for a large group and these were not big. it was busy for the tour groups and their luggage. i needed extra time to get on an elevator to be on time for my bus tour

the pool bar offers drinks and food at certain times. the hotel offers a luxurious feel and all internal areas are nicely maintained. the hotel handled a large group effectively.

fantastic stay! pool and breakfast rocked
spacious room breakfast buffet clean pool area
i loved the spacious room it was a superior triple room and perfect for our family. the breakfast buffet had so many options it was my favorite meal. the pool area was large and clean it was so refreshing after a long day.
the wifi signal was a little weak in our room it sometimes dropped out.

the hotel has a very nice pool with many sunbeds available plus the gym features modern equipment with several treadmills and weight machines for all fitness levels.

the staff at the front desk were very helpful they assisted with directions and provided quick check-in and check-out service plus the housekeeping team kept our room super clean.

breakfast was fantastic it offered a wide variety of choices including fresh fruit pastries and hot items plus the coffee was excellent and readily available in the dining area.

quiet location clean pool lovely breakfast spacious room
The breakfast was excellent. I found a gluten-free basket available, which I appreciated. The pool was clean with good temperature. The room was spacious. The air conditioning worked well. This, and the room remained clean each day.

Staff at reception and in the restaurant were attentive. They stored our luggage before check-in, this allowed us to enjoy the day. Room service was timely, and requests were handled efficiently. I found this very helpful.
