the staff offered perfect service. my sister enjoyed a suberb birthday dinner at the hotel restaurant, the service exceeded my expectations. they even delivered a beautiful cake, a thoughtful gesture. the room boasted very clean, gorgeous furniture, contributing to a nice experience.

The air conditioning was to be somewhat outdated. It didn't quite meet modern standards in terms of efficiency.

the hotel is near borghese garden. it offered a calm environment away from the crowded city. the northside location provided quiet access. this made it a peaceful escape.

the staff greeted me warmly. the breakfast al fresco was great (especially the croissants!).

the room felt a bit small. i found no dental kit, which i consider essential.
