I was not thrilled with the location . A McDonald's across the street meant noise at all hours. The bathroom products were another letdown , offering little luxury despite the hotel's supposed caliber.

i had such a lovely stay. staff were super friendly, especially laura, fabrizio, alessandara, and eleonara. concierge provided a whatsapp service for restaurant reservations, very useful. housekeeping kept everything super clean, and the gym had water and towel service.

the area was very noisy, all day and all night. there's a mcdonald's opposite the hotel that operates 24/7. plus, it's just along from the trevi fountain so noise continues well into the night.
