the staff showed kindness. they arranged an early breakfast. they had food available for me at night. i appreciated the location being close to the airport. it took only a short ten minute drive.

the phone system wasn't very helpful. it hung up after i tried to get shuttle info. i had trouble contacting them in english. this made things difficult for me. i also didnt liked the worn towels. there was also dust in the corners.

I believe staff support could be improved. It was almost impossible to get in touch with the reception before my arrival. i spent hours on the phone trying to get through, but i kept hearing the same message about operators being busy.
