the breakfast room was lovely , and the breakfast itself was varied. a coffee machine was in my room. the location near the railway station proved to be very convenient.

convenient location outdoor seating easy transfer
the location was very convenient to city buses making it easy to get to the cruise terminal i also found the taxi service to the terminal and rome quite reasonable plus there were many great restaurants with outdoor seating within walking distance. breakfast offered a wonderful selection for a small extra charge it was really worth it. the staff helped arrange an easy transfer to the cruise ship
i noticed some signs of water damage on a wall in my room repairs seemed to have been done but they were still noticeable. the bathroom toilet also seemed to constantly run water and the lid didn't fit properly. it was quite loud

the room was spacious and sunny with nice decor and good bedding the room featured an electric kettle with tea available . a bonus was the availability of a good shower

the staff were very helpful and kind they assisted me with directions and information regarding local attractions the hotel also provided a shuttle to the cruise ship, an added convenience. i found the staff to be friendly and approachable

The location is quite convenient to the train station. The breakfast room was bright and had a good selection.
The hotel looks quite dated. The red carpet on the grand marble staircase was filthy, and one stair rod was coming away.

non-existent service dirty room
The breakfast was reasonable and I appreciated its great location (easy to reach everything).
The front desk service was non-existent, they did the bare minimum. I asked for help with the bags, but the staff refused while my kid was crying. The room was also falling apart and not very clean.
