The staff was knowledgeable regarding transportation networks. Good information about the train and metro was available. The breakfast offered plenty of choices and was good. The restaurant also provided many options for both adults and children.
There were NO shops around the hotel. I had to use the bar and vending machines for snacks and drinks. I found only one power socket in my room. Charging multiple devices was a challenge.

The staff was friendly and helpful . The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of options. The hotel provides a shuttle service to the airport. This was very convenient for my early flight.
The location was far from the city center! the Uber ride cost 35 Euro. The faucet fixtures in the room were worn. I was required to wear a swim cap in the pool, though the information about this wasn't clear beforehand.

This hotel was a GEM! I appreciated the super clean Premium King Room. The breakfast had many choices, and the food was AMAZING!!! The staff was helpful. They provided maps and train tickets. The fitness room was clean, and I found the equipment I needed.
I found the TV channel selection somewhat limited. I wished for more viewing options beyond news channels. This was a minor inconvenience during my otherwise fantastic stay.

The breakfast choices were plentiful and tasty (I especially enjoyed the pastries). The train station is a short walk away, offering frequent services to the city. It was easy to reach Roma Ostiense station, connecting me to the underground system.
Dinner reservations were almost essential, as without one, the wait for a table was quite long. It was inconvenient to have to plan so far ahead each day.
