the reception staff was very friendly, especially roberto. the apartment had a partial sea view and was bright. i found the amenities pack in the room good with plenty of towels.
i asked for a receipt, but i have not received one.

the staff, including alonso and his team, provided great service. the reception team, jorge, silvia, alex, and roberto, all looked after me very well. i received cava for my birthday, a beautiful touch.

the hotel had a pool area with direct beach access. there were shops and cafes nearby , made it convenient. a ferry to san antonio was a short walk along the beach.

i thought the hotel was very clean. the desk staff were very friendly too. it was near shops and bars. the location was about a 10 minute walk into the heart of the town. i liked we had a kitchen to cook our own food.
the room had no kettle. only a tassimo coffee machine was available. pods were chargeable. i had to use a small pan to boil water for tea.
