Great Family Holiday

I found several amenities on site like a gym, mini supermarket, and arcade. The food variety suited our family well. There were plenty of sunbeds available, and I found the hotel was kept very clean (which is a plus).
The entertainment in the evening had some gaps. I think that having continuous entertainment, especially for children, would be an improvement. A more consistent schedule would keep the kids engaged longer.

The hotel offers easy access to the beach. Cala Pada is a beautiful bay great for swimming. The hotel's proximity to the beach made it very convenient for quick trips to the sea.

I enjoyed the food at the Bodega restaurant. Pili and Olga provided fantastic service there (we were celebrating a birthday). They ensured we had a sea view table, and their attention.

The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The entertainment team put in 100 percent, they were always enthusiastic. The staff working with children were very engaging and made the Mini Disco fun.

The rooms were clean, and most include a microwave and fridge. This made storing snacks very easy, especially with children. The rooms are not the largest, but we didn't spend much time in them.

family fun and super clean resort
great layoutfriendly staffexcellent foodlong queues
the resort offers a great layout for families. staff members are very friendly and always ready to assist (i appreciated their kindness). we found the food selection excellent, especially at the beach restaurant. the kids enjoyed activities like archery and the foam party.
queues at the wunderbar in the evenings are quite long. it became difficult to get a drink in a timely manner (this happened almost every night). other bars should be open to alleviate this issue.

our superior family room was great and provided ample space for two teenagers. the room was cleaned daily and well-kept. the air conditioning worked very well, crucial during the hot days.

the resort had a variety of facilities, including pools and water slides (the kids loved it). there were many activities available throughout the day, such as tennis. there were plenty of sunbeds available near the pools.

the food was good and available throughout the day. the magico buffet offered a good selection of fresh food. the coffee shop and the bodega restaurant were highlights (the staff made our birthday celebration very special).

the staff were happy, professional, and very attentive. the entertainment team was friendly and engaging. the lifeguards were very helpful when my son hurt himself (i was impressed by their concern).

the resort is near the beach and cala pada is a lovely bay. the location is convenient for swimming and relaxing. the bus stop outside the hotel allowed easy access to es cana.

the grounds were spacious and well maintained. i appreciated access to the beach and the bars nearby. there were many sporting activities available for older children. it was a family hotel with great facilities.
The service from staff was poor. I had to use the app for everything. the pool bar staff seemed too busy chatting to serve. the app itself did not work well. overall the value did not match the expense. tui has become a self service.

clean conditionbeautiful trees
I enjoyed the spotlessly clean condition of the hotel. The gardens and surrounding trees were beautiful. (I loved the wildlife around the hotel!)
The bathroom door did not lock. The pillows and beds were not comfortable.
