“I noted the hotel's clear focus on family fun, with dedicated spaces for children and a lively entertainment program; plus, it's pet-friendly, which simplifies travel for many. The location is a real asset, placing guests within easy reach of both the beach and the vibrant nightlife the area is known for. balanced stay
helpful staff clean towels food quality thin walls
the location was convenient for getting around. staff members were helpful with directions and local tips. the rooms were clean daily. fresh towels were always available.
the food was not great. there was a lack of variety. the all-inclusive drinks were of low quality. the walls seemed thin so noise from other rooms carried easily.

the reception staff welcomed me warmly. bea and her colleague were friendly. i was offered lunch since i arrived before check-in. it was a nice touch.
The room was quite noisy. i could hear neighbours in adjacent rooms. the hotel did not provide water bottles in the room. I had to get water at the bar. i had to drink from cups.
