Location was great. Staff was fabulous. Hotel room was beautiful, though

great location friendly staff fantastic food noisy hallway unpleasant area
the location was great, close to restaurants. the staff were always smiling. breakfast at jara restaurant had fantastic food!
hallways were noisy, doors were constantly slamming. i saw someone smoke crack next to the terrace. This area is not great.

unwelcoming agent early closure
The location proved satisfactory.
The check-in experience proved subpar. The front desk agent was not cute. The rooftop closed early, before 1:00 AM, with staff announcing last call at 12:05 AM. This felt unreasonable and unwelcoming.

soft bed linens friendly staff great food
the room had soft bed linens i found the decor calming the staff were very friendly. breakfast had many great food options the hotel's atmosphere felt very relaxed i found the shower quite good.
the roof terrace was closed it was too early in the season.

great location fabulous staff rooftop bar black flies
The location worked very well. It was very central. The staff was also fabulous. They made everything easy and enjoyable.
The rooftop bar and pool were unfortunately closed. This was a negative. My room had tiny black flies. I found this quite annoying.
