the staff were very friendly (i even made some new friends). breakfast was quite good. i loved the gym and the pools. i felt relaxed there.

The air conditioning in the room was not effective. It could definitely be improved. it was pretty hot.

The hotel has multiple pools. I liked the choice. Breakfast was great. The terrace had amazing views. I appreciated that the hotel's WiFi worked down to the beach. I also enjoyed the complimentary water provided daily in the room.

My room was a bit small. The balcony was almost nonexistent because it faced a hedge. The TV signal was often poor, and the sink drained slowly. I reported it twice, but the issue was not fixed.

The hotel's location is quite convenient. I could easily access the beach, village, bus, ferry, and tourist train. This made exploring the surrounding areas very simple and stress-free (which is always a plus!).

The hotel offered a useful map. I found a ping-pong table and a billiard table suitable for teenagers. The lobby's design was excellent, and pop-up shops added a unique touch around the pool area.

The staff members were generally smiley and fun. I was impressed with the poolside service, great. I found the staff at Cuyo restaurant particularly good. The food was delicious.
