the hotel boasts amazing facilities. the pool area includes multiple pools. the headliner suite had two king beds. the terrace offered views of the bay.

friendly staff good breakfast nice gym

the staff were very friendly (i even made some new friends). breakfast was quite good. i loved the gym and the pools. i felt relaxed there.

The air conditioning in the room was not effective. It could definitely be improved. it was pretty hot.

Excellent Stay with Great Amenities

The hotel has multiple pools. I liked the choice. Breakfast was great. The terrace had amazing views. I appreciated that the hotel's WiFi worked down to the beach. I also enjoyed the complimentary water provided daily in the room.

My room was a bit small. The balcony was almost nonexistent because it faced a hedge. The TV signal was often poor, and the sink drained slowly. I reported it twice, but the issue was not fixed.

The hotel's location is quite convenient. I could easily access the beach, village, bus, ferry, and tourist train. This made exploring the surrounding areas very simple and stress-free (which is always a plus!).

The hotel offered a useful map. I found a ping-pong table and a billiard table suitable for teenagers. The lobby's design was excellent, and pop-up shops added a unique touch around the pool area.

The staff members were generally smiley and fun. I was impressed with the poolside service, great. I found the staff at Cuyo restaurant particularly good. The food was delicious.

the location was close to the beach. the bed linen was quality. the restaurant food was excellent too.

the check-in took too long. they gave no hotel information, that was frustrating. the coffee at breakfast was dreadful and came from instant machines!
