Excellent Ibiza Stay
trained staff very nice food dedicated cleaner
I enjoyed the plentiful, well-trained staff. They maintained good eye contact. The restaurants offered very nice food. The cleaner kept my room super clean. Her dedication was excellent. I felt the quality of service was consistent across all departments.

The hotel staff was super cute and helpful , nothing we asked was too much trouble. I really felt taken care of from arrival to departure, and every interaction was both professional and personable.

The breakfast was varied and the pool side lunch options were really good , there were even options for vegan desserts. The juice smoothies were refreshing and I made sure to have one everyday. I enjoyed the in-house DJs and musicians near the pool.

Acceptable Stay. Some Issues Need Addressing
parking view minibar dispute
The breakfast offered sufficient options and quality.
The room I booked faced the parking area and refuse bins. Loud noises from fighting dogs were audible from the small terrace. The hotel levied charges for minibar items not consumed. A resolution was not reached despite several emails.

Excellent Hotel with Great Amenities
wide variety modern design amazing pool
The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of choices. I appreciated the hotel's modern design. The pool was a highlight of my stay, located very close to Cala Gracioneta. Breakfast, pool and design were all very good.
The staff did forget my welcome drink when I arrived until I requested it.

great quality efficient valet
the breakfast buffet offered great quality with plenty of options i used the valet parking and found it very efficient. the main pool was large and clean with good music playing.

very nice view comfortable suite unique design
I stayed in a junior suite. It offered an very nice view and felt REALLY comfortable. The dinner at the restaurant was on another level!!! I did not expect it. The design is quite different from what you find elsewhere.
I noticed some kitchen noise during breakfast, slightly distracting.
