my stay felt magical. the hotel's aesthetic is fine, blending seamlessly with the island's natural beauty (i especially loved the minimalist design). the staff was always attentive, ensuring i had everything i needed. i also enjoyed the regular music events.
the pool area sometimes felt a little crowded during peak hours.

I really enjoyed the beautiful room interior. it was always clean and well maintained. the concierge service was helpful always. It offered quick taxi services. the taxis from the hotel arrived rapidly when needed.

i am grateful for the warm, professional service i received. the staff were very attentive to every detail. they were really good too. their kindness and courtesy. the pool was beautifully maintained and peaceful. it was perfect.

beautiful decor clean room helpful concierge deposit refund slow resolution unacceptable service
The room interior decor looked beautiful. Everything was clean and well looked after and the staff were amazing. The concierge was super helpful.
Two months after my stay, I am still waiting for the €500 deposit. It was advised that this would be returned a few days after check out. This is completely unacceptable and after numerous emails, I am still no closer to a resolution.
