The room interior decor looked beautiful. Everything was clean and well looked after and the staff were amazing. The concierge was super helpful.
Two months after my stay, I am still waiting for the €500 deposit. It was advised that this would be returned a few days after check out. This is completely unacceptable and after numerous emails, I am still no closer to a resolution.
