The location is great. The hotel is right in front of the opera Garnier. The lobby bar is beautiful and the staff is nice.
The receptionist did not mention breakfast availability. She also did not mention spa opening hours. The walls in the room were scratched.

Fantastic Experience

kind reception comfortable bed convenient location
Check-in was very smooth, thanks to the kind reception staff. My room included a comfortable bed. I found many places to eat close by and enjoyed the convenience. The big mall is about a ten-minute walk away!
The gym is quite small and the weights are very light.

Breakfast had beautiful produce and a wide selection. The cocktail bar offered excellent service with wonderful options. I especially enjoyed the pastries and fresh fruit available each morning.

The front desk staff provided a smooth check-in process. My room featured nice amenities and a very comfortable bed. They also offered a complimentary breakfast. It was without a doubt one of the best breakfast spreads I've ever had at any hotel.
The shower heads had weak water pressure.

I encountered a couple of issues . The bathroom lacked adequate water pressure in the shower. the minibar was locked at check-in despite my payment of the total stay and a €300 deposit.
