friendly staffs comfy bed great location day noise slow elevator crowded area
the staffs was friendly, they helped me store my luggage before check-in, this was nice. my rooms features a comfy bed and good air conditioner, it was perfect after a long journey. the location is great as I could walk to many attractions, it saved much time.
the elevators was slow, it took sometimes to reach my floor. the breakfast area gets crowded, finding a table was challenge some mornings.

a generally good hotel
convenient location friendly staff
The hotel location is convenient (it really helps with getting around). the staff were friendly and checked us in early. This helped us settle after a long flight.
i booked a family room. it was small. there was no space for the luggage of four people (it was less than 10 m2).

the location is really central. the staff were always ready to help (i found this very useful). my room, a superior triple room sofa bed, was very spacious.

the staff was helpful with directions.
scaffolding covered the exterior and corridors had exposed ceilings with wires hanging down. It was far from the relaxing atmosphere i anticipated. the gym was closed, very inconvenient.

charming central stay
excellent hall convenient location helpful team scheduling assistance
the business halls are excellent (just perfect for our needs). coffee break rooms are conveniently located. laurane malonga and the team helped me with scheduling and collateral. they even assisted with video conferencing and electricity for laptops.
it would have been good to know this beforehand. the exterior doesn't look as inviting due to this.

the front desk staff was very friendly, they assisted with a smile. porters were quick to help with our bags as we arrived. i found the staff spoke excellent english and also indulged my attempts at french.

the hotel is within easy walking distance to many points of interest. access to the main subway and rer station of chatelet and les halles is easy. there are many nearby shops and restaurants offering great options.

the breakfast had a very good selection. beautiful bistros are located around the hotel, it makes dining out easy. there are plenty of options.
