the hotel's location PROVED convenient for accessing nearby attractions. i found that the room featured keypads to easily control the lights and air conditioning. i especially appreciated prem, who offered professional and friendly service in the restaurant. the breakfast selection WAS ample , offering many choices.

the window didn't CLOSE properly , which allowed more noise into the room.

The hotel location is GREAT. It is very close to Victoria Station. This station provides access to metro lines and train routes all over the city. Staff members were friendly and efficient . The hotel maintained a clean and modern atmosphere.

I noticed some flies in the bathroom and also some dead ones on the window sill. Despite reporting this to the front desk EVERY day, the issue wasn't resolved until Sergio stepped in. It was disappointing.

The hotel offers standard amenities including a bar area and luggage storage. There are provisions for tea and coffee in the room. two complimentary water bottles each day. A continental breakfast is available, consistently refilled by efficient staff.

Check-in was quick and efficient. A late check-out was arranged without issue. The staff helped store bags both upon my arrival and after I checked out, because of a late flight. The team is friendly and professional.

the room was very clean (i really noticed this!) and spacious. the location was great near transportation options. breakfast included plenty of choices.

the shower was big, but it flooded the bathroom each time i used it. there was no complimentary bottled water in the room. also, the lighting was poor, with some bulbs out and one flickering.
