The hotel offered a complimentary limo service within a one-mile radius, very convenient for evening engagements. I found the on-site spa very clean. My room had a large bed. The location is perfect, really close to Oxford Street and various attractions.
My room was smaller than expected.

breakfast was first class! the location meant i needed no taxis at all. the room quality was very good. the spa and gym were very modern and clean. the bar matched a famous one but without a piano!!!
I had to ask for complimentary water. I then received one small pet bottle from the concierge.
