i enjoyed the breakfast, it had a full cooked english breakfast. croissants and cinnamon buns were also available. i sat at a window with a view of the river, this was a lovely experience. the staff were courteous and friendly, , made it even better.

the shower had a curtain instead of a door, it looked a bit dated to me. the wardrobe also had no lights, it was difficult to see inside. i asked about an upgrade for our anniversary but was told the hotel was full. i checked online and there were multiple rooms available, odd.

My stay had some issues. The room needed some attention. The shower had visible water stains , giving it an uncared-for look. Some of the soap dispensers were empty , which was inconvenient.

I found the staff very friendly and accommodating . The location is great (easy access to many attractions). I especially liked the espresso provided in the room. It was very convenient for early mornings.

I noticed that the plug for the hairdryer in my room did not fit in the bathroom, so I had to use it in the main room.

The room had a separate seating area by the window and a large desk with a chair for working. I found large containers of liquid soap, hand and body balm, shower gel, and shampoo in the bathroom. There was also a large hairdryer, an iron, and an ironing board in the room.

The front desk staff were really helpful and offered an upgrade to a bigger room. I appreciated the staff's attention. They were very polite and always ready to assist with any request. They always seemed genuinely happy to help (I really appreciate that).

The breakfast had great variety and a wonderful view, overlooking a river. I enjoyed the restaurant very much, especially its lovely windows and the delicious food served (the fresh fruit was amazing!). This made my mornings good.

The hotel's location allows for walking tours, great. There are shops, restaurants and public transport stops close by. I found getting around really easy because of this proximity to various transport options.
