The staff greeted me warmly and provided clear explanations. The breakfast selection offered a nice variety. I found it enjoyable. I was grateful the hotel had complimentary dental kits available when I forgot my toothpaste. The bar service was very accommodating.

The pillows in the room were too firm for my liking.

the bedroom was very modern. the lobby area was beautiful. it was very easy to walk to the subway station to catch a train into the city.

the shower floor definitely needs some work.

the location near the tube station was okay, it helped with getting around.

I was annoyed the air conditioning barely worked. the room felt stuffy, and i reported it but nothing improved.. also, the shower pressure was weak. It made showering frustrating. i expected more from this kind of hotel.

the staff was cute and friendly. i loved the small touches, those. plus, i got some freebies, a fantastic surprise! the room itself was a great size, i felt so comfortable there.

The lighting in the bathroom wasn't ideal for shaving. The mirror wasn't illuminated.

the location is perfect for getting into central areas. the underground transport offers quick access to terminals. it's only a few stations away from terminal 2 and 3, this made airport transfers super easy.
