the hotel advertised a shuttle service to the terminals it turned out to be unreliable staff suggested a taxi or an uber this was inconvenient since i relied on the shuttle i also expected basic services such as concierge but there were none

there were no fitted bedsheets. these came off easily during the night and i found myself in contact with the mattress. also, the couch had a big stain on it. the bathtub looked old.

the check in was quick and easy. the room was great with runway view. i didn't hear a sound from planes despite looking at them landing.

there is no toothbrushes available. the room had a funny smell and not a single bottle of water was free or charged.
