the room was clean enough, i guess.

The whole experience felt a bit... meh. the room i got wasn't what i booked. I asked for a king room high floor but ended up with something else entirely. also, i found the lack of free water in the room annoying after a long trip. it's a basic thing that should be standard, especially at these prices.

the breakfast had a lot of choice.

on arrival, i was told there would be no water after midnight until 5 am. i made sure i was back by 11:15 pm to wash before bed. when i turned on the shower, there was no water. they said they had to turn the water off early. they provided 6 tiny bottles of water. i was only able to wash my face in cold water.

the hotel advertised a shuttle service to the terminals it turned out to be unreliable staff suggested a taxi or an uber this was inconvenient since i relied on the shuttle i also expected basic services such as concierge but there were none
