the room was immaculate (i really liked it). we used the pool and steam room. i thought £5 per room was reasonable for that. the price for the room itself included breakfast.

the fitness club could benefit from a separate entrance. it was difficult to find reception. i also noticed the room was above noisy air conditioning machinery.

Check-in was electronic and quick. Staff was available to assist. The pool offered great fun for the kids. Our family room was spacious and very clean. I especially liked the shower. The on-site bar and restaurant had great food.

The gym music was slightly audible in my room during the early morning hours.

The reception staff offered prompt assistance with directions. Staff quickly addressed all requests. Housekeeping kept our room super clean throughout our stay. I really appreciate their availability to help me at every moment.

The hotel provided excellent amenities, including a modern gym. The pool area was well kept and clean. The Starbucks located in the lobby was very convenient. The parking area was also spacious and easily accessible.

the speedy room service was welcome after a long journey. the hotel offered ample parking space, a definite plus. the shower room had amazing features (i especially liked the rainfall shower).

the tea and condiments were lacking a bit.
