underwhelming stay at this hotel
fire alarm disturbanceinattentive staff
my stay had some serious drawbacks the fire alarm went off at inconvenient times like 11 pm and 7:30 am the hotel staff didn't seem to address this issue or even apologize for the disturbance. the room also lacked cleanliness with dust accumulated behind the bed indicating a lack of thorough cleaning. the furniture felt old and unmaintained it certainly does not give the feeling of a 4-star hotel i was expecting. i found the staff to be rather inattentive after check-in making the experience less enjoyable.

the gym included three treadmills. there were also two stationary bikes. the pool area had twenty loungers and a shaded section.
the coffee machine in my room did not work, and reception could not offer assistance.
