Relaxing Spa and Lovely Staff

I especially loved the outdoor hydro pool , I spent most of my time there. The reception staff were lovely and very friendly . Laura Buckland , the therapist , gave me both a deep tissue massage and a facial. I left feeling relaxed , refreshed , and good about myself. The two-course lunch up in the restaurant had fantastic service , lovely staff , and the food was hot and fresh.
The volume buttons on the remote did not work , forcing me to use the buttons on the side of the TV. Changing channels was a frustratingly long process , and it took about five minutes just to browse channels 1-5.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful , they provided excellent customer service. A specific staff member, Sarah , was especially helpful , assisting with my spa arrangements .

the beautiful twin room was a good size. it had enough space for two twin beds, two chairs, and a table. i liked the nespresso coffee machine. the staff were really attentive and remembered all dietary information.
the pool area seemed dated to me. the bathrooms were very small, it was a shame. i felt there was a long wait in the restaurant for food.

underwhelming stay at this hotel
fire alarm disturbanceinattentive staff
my stay had some serious drawbacks the fire alarm went off at inconvenient times like 11 pm and 7:30 am the hotel staff didn't seem to address this issue or even apologize for the disturbance. the room also lacked cleanliness with dust accumulated behind the bed indicating a lack of thorough cleaning. the furniture felt old and unmaintained it certainly does not give the feeling of a 4-star hotel i was expecting. i found the staff to be rather inattentive after check-in making the experience less enjoyable.

the gym included three treadmills. there were also two stationary bikes. the pool area had twenty loungers and a shaded section.
the coffee machine in my room did not work, and reception could not offer assistance.
