the location next to terminal 4 made it easy to catch my early flight. the staff gave me a breakfast bag because i checked out before breakfast hours, i appreciated that so much! the bed and toiletries were good too.
i feel the room was slightly small for large suitcases.

the hotel connects directly to the terminal via a covered walkway, so reaching check-in is easy. i saw a restaurant and a lounge on site, both was neat and spacious, a really big plus for convenience.

the breakfast included a wide selection of foods, so there was something for everyone. the restaurant staff was friendly and helpful, they maintained a clean, well-stocked breakfast area during service.

Dana at reception made a difference with her smile during check-in at 23:00! she arranged a breakfast bag when she knew i needed to leave early. She was there for check-out at 4 am too!

the location was super practical for terminal access. the included breakfast offered a good range of options. i found the soundproofing to be quite effective in the room.
the room i received seemed to lack a proper vacuum. the sofa material felt somewhat worn out. the 'welcome' pillow showed a stain, which i did not like.

the check-in process proved slow there was a considerable wait due to limited staff at the desk this delay occurred despite the late hour of my arrival around 530pm furthermore the bed offered insufficient comfort its firmness detracted from restful sleep a more supportive mattress would greatly improve the overall experience .

the location was indeed convenient for terminal access.
The room i got had significant issues. the bathroom lacked hot water. the size of the room felt cramped, particularly the bathroom. It felt quite tight.
