the superior king view room provided a comfortable experience. it had great double glazing so quiet rooms were guaranteed. the breakfast included an omelette station with a personal chef
The hotel seemed somewhat worn. I observed worn spots on the carpet covered with tape.

i found a wonderful upgrade to a superior inland king. the room included an amazing king bed. a convenient parking service made arrivals seamless. i also enjoyed convenient access to nearby attractions!

fresh omelettes attentive staff lovely bar
The breakfast buffet included a chef to prepare fresh omelettes. The staff were very attentive. the room had overlapping curtains which ensured no sunlight entered when not wanted. the bar was lovely for sitting.
the shower required experimentation to work out how to use it.

prompt porter upgraded room warm staff tasteful refurbishment
The porter promptly managed my bags upon arrival. I was very tired from travel. The staff upgraded my room at check-in. The staff member who checked me in was warm. Dining room refurbishment was tastefully done. I found it matched the service.
There were signs saying 'please excuse our appearance' in an undecorated corridor. The air conditioning was very noisy. I would have liked quieter surroundings.

The hotel provides immediate baggage assistance upon arrival, useful after long travel days. Guests also receive complimentary drink vouchers during celebration stays. A completely new spa is being built. It's scheduled to open soon.

Breakfast includes a very diverse selection of dishes, suiting varied tastes. I tasted an omelet. The dining room refurbishment is tastefully done. It enhances the service. Cocktails are available in the restaurant, expanding dining options.

The rooms have high ceilings and feel spacious, giving guests plenty of room to relax. A superior king view room was provided with an upgrade, granting enhanced views. Refurbished rooms have decor that really evokes the sea.

promised balcony worn bathroom
the breakfast was well presented , and the choice was acceptable.
the room i booked with a balcony was not provided , despite confirmation. the room was changed on the second night to one with a balcony , but it was smaller and looked worn. the bathroom was tiny and had bugs.

an amazing hotel experience
really good view perfect room
paul, the doorman, was particularly cute. even small issues received prompt attention. All minor hiccups disappeared seamlessly. i appreciated the really good view from the balcony. the room was perfect for observing the marathon and the weather cooperated too.
the shower in our bathroom was not very good! it was the most pathetic shower i've used in a long time. i hope they improve the shower facilities .

our superior king view room was super clean and spacious! the classic fm playing on the tv created a lovely atmosphere. the coffee machine with a great choice of pods enhanced the overall experience.

The staff provided excellent customer service throughout our stay. from the concierge to the receptionists, everyone was friendly and helpful. they promptly addressed any needs or questions we had. I really valued that.
