convenient location quick walk cute staff small room outdated room difficult parking

the hotel location is close to wembley stadium so it's super convenient. after a concert, it was a quick walk back to the room. the staff was cute and explained everything clearly at check in.

i found the room a bit small and outdated. the parking situation was difficult because of an event at the arena. roads were closed and finding a parking spot took about an hour.

helpful staff clean room decent size

The staff was always smiling and willing to help with anything we needed. Our room was clean when we arrived, a pleasant surprise after a long journey. The room also looked to be a decent size for the price.

The elevators were slow, sometimes causing a bit of a wait, especially during peak hours.

Wonderful Stay Near Wembley!

The room was a great size for a solo traveller like myself. The bed was comfy, adorned with beautifully comfy pillows. The room had a great view overlooking the stadium. The staff was friendly and helpful during check-in and throughout my stay.

The room got a little warm in the morning because it was facing the sun rise.

faulty heating drilling noise

the reception staff showed friendliness during check in, A detail worth mentioning.

The heating in my room DID NOT work, therefore, it was FREEZING. i booked the room for rest before working a duty. the noise from drilling disturbed MY sleep. i received NO warning about works occurring.

convenient location clean room powerful shower

the hotel's location proved convenient for accessing wembley stadium. the room i stayed in was clean and well maintained. i especially appreciated the powerful and refreshing shower provided in the bathroom, it was good.

the bed was quite firm, i found it a little difficult to get comfortable.

helpful staff double room

the staff were helpful. i had a double room that included everything i needed. i was very warm but the room was kept cool, even on a higher floor.

The twin bedroom was dark. It wasn't very inviting. i wouldn't want a longer stay.
