convenient location friendly staff efficient air conditioning
I found the location convenient. It was just a short walk to paddington station, surrounded by various convenience stores, cafes, and restaurants! the staff was very friendly and always ready to help with any questions, the rooms had efficient air conditioning, definitely appreciated, and i found lots of plug sockets available to charge my devices!
the room was very clean though it felt a little small.

The location made it easy to access nearby attractions. the room offered complimentary items such as shaving and dental kits. i found the staff friendly, always ready to help with a smile. the breakfast had a good selection of typical english breakfast foods. I always started the day full.
The room was a bit small. Moving around with luggage proved slightly challenging, yet manageable.

excellent location friendly staff immaculate room lovely restaurant
the hotel location is excellent. i could reach paddington station easily. the staff where friendly and very helpful always. our room was also immaculate and spacious. i liked there are many lovely restaurants nearby.

My room included a coffee machine. It had a hairdryer. an iron and ironing board. I found the staff very helpful. They were kind. The hotel is close to Paddington station. That location is amazing. Markets and restaurants surround the place.
The room was a bit chilly, and it had only one heating source, near the door.

the location was excellent for getting around. breakfast was very good and the service was polite and friendly. i found the staff to be really helpful (i needed some directions).
my room was not soundproofed at all. i could hear people on the other side of the room. this was sometimes unnerving as a solo female traveller.

great location helpful staff breakfast variety
the location is great with easy access to paddington station. the staff was very kind and helpful, especially at reception. i appreciated the quick resolution of a minor issue with my room. breakfast offered a good variety of options, including fresh fruits.
the gym is quite small and has limited equipment.
